Mark Anthony Hawkins is the Executive Chef and Co-owner of Mark Anthony Private Culinary Services, LLC which specializes in bringing high-quality culinary and full-service event coordination for clients with discerning tastes and a desire for aesthetic detail. Mark Anthony has provided personal culinary services for private individuals, as well as catering services for professional organizations for over 15 years. Mark has also worked in the Food & Beverage Industry for over 30 years.
Through Mark Anthony Private Culinary Services, LLC, Mark focuses on providing extraordinary dining experiences for private clients and events consisting from 2 – 50 people, personal chef services, such as providing health-conscious weekly family meals, catering events and celebrations consisting from 50 – 150 people, all the way to event planning and coordinating seated, three-course meals for Galas spanning from 200 to over 400 guests.
Mark has worked as the Food & Beverage Director and as an Executive Chef for several country clubs, including Weston Lakes Country Club, in Fulshear, Texas and The Houstonian Golf & Country Club, in Richmond, Texas. Mark has had the privilege of being the private chef of notable athletes such as: Steve Francis (retired Houston Rockets), TJ. Ford (Retired San Antonio Spurs), DJ. Augustine (Orlando Magic), Michael Bourne (Baltimore Orioles, former Houston Astros), and Dexter Fowler (St. Louis Cardinals, former Houston Astros) and the distinguished honor of cooking and serving President George H.W and Barbara Bush.
