Fine Art Dinner & Discussion is a series of Intimate fine dining experience including artist talks.
Your multi-course meal is provided by Chef Mark Anthony Hawkins. Great food, wine and art is on the menu for this special night. Artists will discuss their work and answer questions while live painting. Exhibition curated by Carla Bisong. Participating artists: John Whaley Jr. & Lauren Luna.

(Rainbow Trout seasoned with Kosher Salt & Black Pepper, pan-seared and topped with Jumbo Lump Crab and fresh Cilantro; drizzled with Avocado and Chile Oils; served with a Vegetable Bouquet of Asparagus, Haricot Verts, julienne Red Bell Peppers and Yellow Squash, Carrot shaving and Green Onion)
Smoked Beef Tenderloin w/Potato Mélange
(Whole Beef Tenderloin seasoned with fresh Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Herbs of Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano & Basil, smoked over Pecan wood; served with a Cabernet Demi-Glace and rustic mashed Garlic mélange of Red, White & Russet Potatoes with fresh Parsley and Truffle Oil)
Crème Brûlée and Louisiana Bread Pudding
(Traditional French dessert consisting of Egg Yolks, Sugar, Heavy Cream, Vanilla Extract which is baked, cooled, topped with sugar and torched to form a caramel disc; garnished with fresh seasonal Berries and Mint + Traditional New Orleans dessert consisting of French bread, Eggs, Sugar, Heavy Cream, Milk and Raisins…served with Bourbon or Rum Sauce)
