The D.R.E.A.M Affect Foundation’s mission is raising awareness of the underrepresentation  of art students of color in higher learning institutions. We believe that every individual has the right to pursue their passion and creativity, regardless of their background.  Our goal is to create a platform for discussion and collaboration among students, educators, and institutions to address the systemic barriers that prevent minority students from accessing opportunities in the arts.  We aim to empower and support these students in their pursuit of higher education, and to work towards a diverse and inclusive arts community.  We believe that by amplifying the voices of underrepresented art students, we can create meaningful change and promote an equitable society. Keeping in step with our mission, The D.R.E.A.M. Affect Foundation will be donating a portion of all art sales to scholarships for minority art students.
Jubilee: A Celebration of Freedom. The concept of freedom has been a fundamental aspect  of human existence since the beginning of time. It is a complex and multifaceted idea that  has inspired countless artists throughout history. An art exhibition representing the meaning  of freedom is an opportunity to explore the many different ways in which these concepts can be  expressed and interpreted.
All submissions should emphasize themes and perspectives related to the theme of Freedom.
